Maxicare support is an annual, fixed price contract, which provides all updates, fee guides, and unlimited technical support. This insurance-like contract provides the best value, and the most peace of mind. Your system is always up-to-date, and you always have ready access to the technical support you may require. For one low fee, the risk is placed on us to ensure that your office does not experience any disruption.
NEW: MaxiDent 6 Upgrade
There is a distinction between software updates and UPGRADES. Updates add features and enhance processes. A software update is applied to software you already have installed. UPGRADES are usually technology-based improvements or can also be significant enhancements to processes in exisitng software. There is normally a cost to UPGRADES, but we have included it FREE! It is in every client’s best interest that we guide them through technologies that improve their practice.
Complete Software UpdatesSoftware is not a static thing. It has the ability to change with the times, to be enhanced, to respond to changing needs, to offer more features and benefits – in short, to grow. We welcome comments and suggestions from our users and we continually improve and update our programs. We try to be very responsive. It is our users who have made Maxident the premium dental system. Your Maxicare support includes all FREE Maxident updates and enhancements. Updates include improvements plus additional new features. Updates are issued several times a year, and are sent to you on self-installing CD-ROMs. Maxident keeps growing more useful, so you need never worry about obsolescence. Updates are fully documented, so all users can become familiar with the updates and benefits. |

We listen carefully to what you have to say, and offer solutions in an understandable fashion. MaxiDent Internet SupportWhen problems arise that are too complex to describe verbally, when instruction is required, or when our technicians must make adjustments to your files, we link our computer to yours. At that point, it is as if we were sitting right in your office. It takes only a minute to connect. We can see your screen, and the problem is immediately diagnosed and resolved. Complex security arrangements ensure that non-authorized persons cannot access your computer. |
Disaster RecoveryThere are small and large disasters, but whatever their size, their effect is disruptive. One of the functions of our hotline support is to help you recover lost maxident data. While we are not responsible for the safekeeping of your data, the techniques that we employ to recover it are formidable. Usually the problem is to restore data that has been corrupted or lost due to power surges, spikes or operator error. We continue to stress the importance of a backup for data recovery, and have even built in a utility called maxisave to help assist us when data restoration is needed. |
