Maxim Software Systems is seeking an experienced VB2010.NET software developer.
We are a rapidly growing company that develops, supports and sells Maxident Practice Management Software to dentists, denturists and hygienists across Canada and internationally.
The candidate should be knowledgeable in software testing, be experienced with relational databases, and able to work with MSSQL, MSAccess, and PostgreSQL, as well as SAP Crystal Reports.
The successful candidate must be a proactive problem solver and a team player. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of dental software.
The candidate will be expected to perform the following tasks:
- The development of program modules and features for applications.
- Interpreting and implementing user requirements.
- Writing scripts for unit testing.
Salary is negotiable; in line with industry standard.

High-Tech Sales Representative, Inside Sales, Winnipeg
We’re a leading Dental Software Company and we are looking for a dynamic, inside sales professional to join our team!
Maxim Software Systems develops and sells Maxident Dental Software to Dentists, Independent Hygienists and Denturists in four countries. Satisfied and loyal clients use our high-tech software to automate their entire office.
We do extensive marketing, which generate leads. You make the follow-up calls, do online demos, and close the sale.
Additionally, we attend national dental trade shows to meet new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers. You must be able to travel approximately 5-8 times per year for 1-4 days at a time.
You must have English as a first language and excellent communication skills. Sales skills and closing ability are critical. Other assets would be: 5 to 10 years of inside sales experience, knowledge of the dental profession; previously sold software to other professionals; fluency in French..
